We hear this all the time
You've been researching Disney planning for weeks and still don't know where to start
You've done Disney before and left exhausted, hungry, and having missed half the things your kids wanted to do
You're making a significant investment in this trip — not just of your money, but more importantly your time
You want the magic — not the stress.
That's exactly why we're here.

Hands-on or hands-off, we meet you where you are — however much help feels right for your family.

Client Stories
We really were able to experience the parks better with your guidance. We're used to only doing 3–4 rides a day plus the "space fillers" — this time we did that and more in the mornings alone. I'm so glad you did the choosing, too — I might have skipped Star Wars with kids this young, and now Rise of the Resistance is their favorite. And the best part? You book our Lightning Lanes while we're in the park, so right after one ride we have another lined up. This is the kind of service no one else provides. Thank you from the bottom of our very fulfilled Disney hearts! ♥️
You are a pro... We will follow your lead — you are our resident expert. It was straightforward with all your coaching. Thanks Disney Coach!
You have been amazing, we are so lucky to have an expert helping out. I learned from the best! We arrived at Magic Kingdom at noon on Spring Break and we counted 12 rides that we did. What a fun and busy day. Animal Kingdom was so fun — Emma got to be in the Lion King show! And for Hollywood Studios, I booked everything we wanted. We had a great last day - our kids are living their best life!
Successful day one! Thanks again for all the tips, they were really helpful. Booking was super easy — yeah, really simple. Yes, grabbed them all, and actually had time to do Flight of Passage twice. Def the best ride in Animal Kingdom.
About
My daughter was five, dressed head to toe as Belle, when Gaston knelt and proposed — and she said YES. He turned and announced to everyone that Belle had finally accepted — to wild cheers. Years later, it's still one of my most treasured Disney memories.
Your Magic Navigator grew out of a simple belief: a Disney trip is one of the most precious things a family does together — and it deserves more than a one-size-fits-all itinerary.
I'm a mom to two daughters growing up Disney, a Disney Vacation Club member and Annual Passholder who spends close to a month each year in Orlando. My experience spans the full Disney world — from runDisney races to Disney Cruise Line, and everything in between.
I treat every family's trip the way I'd plan my own — so you can spend your days fully present with each other, soaking up the magic.
Common Questions
Travel agents earn commissions and offer general planning help. We charge a fee because we're far more hands-on — multiple planning sessions, a custom itinerary, and support throughout your trip — all centered entirely on your family and the day you're dreaming of. On our Concierge and VIP packages, we also handle reservation management — booking dining, Lightning Lanes, and more on your behalf. We don't directly purchase your hotel or park tickets; we'll point you to the best options and you book those yourself.
The earlier the better — ideally 3 to 6 months before your trip. Disney dining and Magical Extras reservations open 60 days in advance and Lightning Lane availability moves quickly. Planning early gives us the most options.
This is a service included in the VIP package. It means you can message us while you're in the parks and expect a response within an hour. If a ride goes down, plans shift, or you want guidance on the best next move — we're there so your family doesn't have to stop and figure it out alone.
Absolutely. Our planning is customized regardless of group size. For smaller families we focus on maximizing flexibility and minimizing wait times. For larger groups, coordination becomes even more valuable.
We strongly recommend using Lightning Lane at least once per park to knock out the major rides with minimal wait. This frees up subsequent days for a more relaxed pace — shows, character experiences, dining, and non-ride attractions — so your trip feels balanced and not exhausting. We'll help you decide exactly where it's worth the investment.
